About this Role

The Directors of the St John the Baptist Catholic Multi-Academy Trust and the Governors are seeking to appoint an exceptional Headteacher to lead our vibrant, happy and inclusive school. This is an exciting opportunity to lead this thriving school in the next phase of its development, including the ongoing development of the school’s ASD SEND Hub.

The successful candidate should be an ambitious Catholic leader, with a proven track record, dedicated to upholding our Catholic ethos and fostering an environment where both children and staff can truly flourish. The school and the Trust are part of the Diocese of East Anglia and has a supportive governing body with dedicated, experienced staff and the most wonderful, happy pupils.

·         Have the confidence, vision and skills to lead our school on its next stage of development

·     Be committed to the learning and development of every child, inspiring and enabling them to reach their full potential, within a safe and inclusive learning environment

·         Be able to work collaboratively within our multi-academy trust, sharing best practices and contributing to the common good
