SENDCo at Holmwood School and Nursery and Ashbrook School 

Required for September 2026 or as soon as possible 

This is a permanent, part time post 3 days a week. 

Salary: Main Pay Scale plus SENDCo Allowance of £2,787 

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a three-school model, working closely within our PATH partnership of schools. Working collaboratively across Ashbrook School and Holmwood School and Nursery, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a seamless SEND journey for pupils as they transition from our infant schools into Two Mile Ash School, strengthening continuity, inclusion and outcomes across the partnership.

This role will be varied - you will be working with pupils with individual needs; overseeing the creation and implementation of individual plans to enable pupils to access the curriculum; reviewing and assessing pupil progress and targets; liaising with external agencies and providing pastoral support to pupils and their families.  Staff training will be a strong feature of the role.  You will be supported in your role by a fantastic team of teaching staff as well as the SENDCos across our multi-academy trust where you will be able to share good practice to ensure the very highest quality of provision for our SEND pupils.  This is a brilliant opportunity for any candidate who wishes to further their career in our highly successful and dynamic multi-academy trust.
