About this Role

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Nursery Class Teacher to join our Early Years team at Tudor Grange Primary Academy Yewtree. Working under the direction of the Early Years Lead, you will create a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued and excited to learn.

You will deliver high‑quality teaching across the Early Years Foundation Stage, providing a broad, structured and engaging curriculum that promotes curiosity, independence and early learning skills. Through effective observation and assessment, you will track children’s progress and use this to inform planning and support strong early outcomes, particularly in communication, language and early reading.

The successful candidate will promote high standards of behaviour through clear routines, positive relationships and consistent practice aligned with the school’s behaviour policy. You will play a key role in supporting inclusion, working closely with the SENCo, parents and external professionals to ensure all children, including those with additional needs, can access the curriculum and thrive.

This role requires a strong commitment to safeguarding, collaboration with colleagues, and ongoing professional development. You will contribute positively to a culture of professionalism, teamwork and continuous improvement across the school.
