In the first instance the post holder will be directed to work with a specific child who has a range of complex needs, however, the school will deploy you to work with groups and classes as necessary to support the broader needs of the school if required.
The successful candidate will need to be trauma informed, have awareness of children in care and adherence to bespoke behaviour and support plans.

The successful applicants will receive bespoke training (depending on experience) to develop knowledge, skill sets, understanding and effectiveness. This ensures that we offer the best educational and pastoral support for our primary age students.
