The Board of Directors of the Holy Cross Multi Catholic Academy Company and the Governors of this popular and successful Catholic school are looking to appoint an experienced and highly skilled SENDCo with Qualified Teacher Status to lead and coordinate our provision for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of statutory requirements, a commitment to inclusive practice, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for all learners. You will bring excellent organisational skills, a solution‑focused approach, and the expertise to champion personalised support that enables every student to thrive.
