The Board of Directors of the Holy Cross Multi Catholic Academy Company and the Governors of this popular and successful Catholic school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious, and dedicated Associate Assistant Headteacher to join our committed leadership team.
The successful candidate will be passionate about securing excellent outcomes for all students and driving whole-school improvement. Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leaders, they will play a key role in the strategic leadership of the school, leading identified whole-school priorities and contributing to the continued development of our high standards and aspirations.
A key responsibility of the role will be to collaborate with the Senior Assistant Headteacher and Assistant Headteacher for Quality of Education to further develop the effective use of data across the school. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, enabling them to support evidence-informed decision-making and contribute to raising achievement for all learners.
As a member of the leadership team, you will also play a full part in the wider life of the school, supporting and promoting our distinctive Catholic ethos and values.
