About this Role

The Board of Directors of the Holy Cross Multi Catholic Academy Company and the Governors of this popular and successful Catholic school are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Leader of Drama to join our dedicated and supportive team. The successful candidate will:

  • provide leadership and management of the Drama Department in order to secure high quality teaching, the effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement of all students.
  • play a full part in the life of the school community, to support our distinctive mission and ethos and to encourage and ensure staff and students follow this example.
  • support students through performances, trips and experiences of the creative arts.
