22.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 7.15am – 8.45am and 3.45pm-5.45pm

£12,749 per annum plus split shift based on FTE £24.796

About The Role

As an Before and  After school Club worker you’ll play a key role in helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our very popular Owls Club.

Key responsibilities:

The successful applicant will:

  • Assist in the delivery of excellent creative and appropriate play opportunities in a safe, caring and stimulating environment by providing a programme of activities, services and facilities designed to meet individual needs.
  • Provide full care for the children from Nursery to Year 6, including the handover of children to classrooms, collection of children from classrooms and the safe delivery to parents and/or carers.
  • Assist in the preparation of nutritious and well-balanced snacks.
  • Assist in ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the clubs facilities are maintained at all times.
  • Work flexibly alongside other staff, parents or students.
  • Administer first aid as appropriate

·         Has excellent communication skills.

·         Is able to work a part of a team as well as using own initiative.

·         Has the ability to provide creative play opportunities both inside and outside.

·         Be proactive in ensuring the club has a clean and tidy environment.

·         Is able to work both inside and outside.
