About The Role

As an apprentice you’ll play a key role in combing academic study with real classroom experience, developing confidence, skills and professional identity over the course of the programme. The successful candidate will learn gain valuable experience over the year of the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship including:

  • valuable experience in the classroom
  • supporting teacher and pupils and learning how schools really operate
  • developing skills in communication, skills and safeguarding while working alongside experienced teachers and support staff.
