Working closely with colleagues, parents and pupils, the successful candidate will provide support with financial administration, including the organisation and processing of trip payments, alongside a range of general administrative duties. The role requires someone who is approachable, detail-focused and able to manage tasks efficiently whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills, a positive approach and the ability to work accurately are essential.
The role is for 1 day per week (7.5 hours including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break), term time only.
Typical daily tasks will include:
• Co-ordinating trips and after-school clubs
• Carrying out routine financial and administrative tasks, including collection and administration of payments for school trips, voluntary contributions and other events
• Providing clerical support, such as school lunch bookings, maintaining school records and emails.
• Liaising with parents.
• An excellent command of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is essential, and a knowledge of Arbor is desirable.
