We are seeking a friendly, organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our school office team. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the school, providing essential administrative and front-of-house support to pupils, parents, staff and visitors.

You will be one of the first points of contact for the school and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative functions. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a busy school environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is confident using IT systems and willing to learn school-specific software (e.g. MIS systems)
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with adults and children

  • Works well as part of a team and is willing to support colleagues
  • Is discreet and understands the importance of confidentiality

Experience in a school environment and knowledge of Bromcom or similar systems would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work as part of a collaborative school community
  • Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme (where applicable)
