Peter’s School is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our supportive and

What
We’re Looking For
·
A
committed, organised, and proactive Office Manager with experience of working
in a busy administrative environment, ideally within a school setting
·
Strong
knowledge of office systems, data management, and administrative processes,
with the ability to support whole-school operations
·
Ability
to manage and prioritise a varied workload, ensuring deadlines are met while
maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
·
Experience
of leading or supervising administrative staff, with the ability to support,
develop, and motivate a team
·
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive
relationships with staff, pupils, parents, and external partners
·
A clear
understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and data protection
requirements, with the ability to apply these consistently in practice
·
Proficiency
in ICT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, excel or similar), with the ability to
use data effectively to support school operations
·
A
professional, welcoming approach, acting as a key point of contact and
ambassador for the school
·
A
willingness to uphold and promote the ethos and values of St Peter’s in daily
practice
