St Peter’s School is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our supportive and welcoming school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of the school office, supporting leadership, and contributing to our commitment to excellence, inclusion, and high-quality education.

What We’re Looking For

·         A committed, organised, and proactive Office Manager with experience of working in a busy administrative environment, ideally within a school setting

·         Strong knowledge of office systems, data management, and administrative processes, with the ability to support whole-school operations

·         Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

·         Experience of leading or supervising administrative staff, with the ability to support, develop, and motivate a team

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents, and external partners

·         A clear understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and data protection requirements, with the ability to apply these consistently in practice

·         Proficiency in ICT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, excel or similar), with the ability to use data effectively to support school operations

·         A professional, welcoming approach, acting as a key point of contact and ambassador for the school

·         A willingness to uphold and promote the ethos and values of St Peter’s in daily practice
