About this Role
St John of
Beverley Voluntary Catholic Academy require a
dedicated professional to join our enthusiastic team supporting a child 1:1. We
are looking for someone who is passionate about support pupils in their
learning and emotional development.
The successful candidate will be able
to inspire, motivate and engage children in the learning process. They will have high expectations of behaviour
and be able to model this. They must be
committed to work as part of a team and be willing to participate fully in
ensuring inclusion of all children.
The
successful candidate will be expected to live out our core mission in all
aspects of your practice, making a positive contribution to the Catholic ethos
of our school
It is essential that the candidate has the knowledge and commitment to
safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
We are looking
to appoint someone who:

Is kind,
caring, energetic and enthusiastic

Is well organised,
flexible and creative
·
Has excellent
communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working within a supportive
team
·
Is able to
positively promote inclusion and have high expectation for all children

Is confident
working 1:1 with pupils with challenging behavior
