We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Health Care Support Worker to provide comprehensive emotional, physical, and practical care tailored to the needs of designated students across our school. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the SENCO and inter-agency health professionals to safeguard student well-being, manage health risks, and promote active engagement in learning.
32.5 hours per week, term time only plus 5 additional days
This role is ideal for a proactive, dedicated
professional who models an enthusiasm for continuous improvement and is
passionate about promoting inclusion, dignity, and independence. Whether
implementing complex clinical tasks, administering medication, or providing
close supervision during off-site community visits, you will play a vital role
in creating a safe, purposeful, and supportive environment where vulnerable
students can thrive.
