Teaching Assistant

Based at:  Capella Primary (60 Amyand Park Road, Twickenham, TW1 3HE)

Start Date:  As soon as possible

Hours: Full Time - 36 hours per week - 39 weeks per year including inset days

Salary: £26,762.77 pa actual including annual leave entitlement (NJC Scale 4, spinal point 9)

Our classes, with a maximum of 7 pupils, are supported by dedicated teachers, HLTAs, TAs, and our own team of speech, occupational therapists and assistants. All our KS4 pupils have opportunities to access a range of qualifications including Entry Level, Functional skills and GCSE.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our Primary site on a full-time basis with a permanent contract.

Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a fast learner, and have the ability to work as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Whether you bring experience from mainstream education with a demonstrable interest in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or from a special education background, we encourage you to apply.
