About You

The successful applicant should have a passion for delivering the best possible outcomes for our pupils who have special educational needs and disabilities. You should be a committed, compassionate leader with proven experience in SEND and inclusive practice, capable of deputising for the Headteacher and driving school-wide improvement.

The Role

We are looking to appoint a dynamic Deputy Headteacher from 1st September 2025 to join our fantastic team. The Deputy Headteacher will provide dynamic, strategic leadership alongside the Headteacher, ensuring high standards of education, care, and wellbeing for pupils aged 4–16 with a broad range of special educational needs. The Deputy Headteacher will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the school, supporting the development of teaching and learning, safeguarding, staff development, and school improvement.
