Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: St Clare's School
Grade/Scale: Support Pay Scale Grade E (Points 10-14) Actual Salary £23,925 - £25,519 per annum
Contract: 37 hours per week, Term time only (39 weeks per year)
We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to assist and complement the great team of classroom support. The ideal candidate will be calm and understanding, patient and able to work with students aged 11–16 with an education, healthcare plan.
This role will report directly to the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team.
Within a safe, structured and predictable environment, we deliver a personalised curriculum. We teach the full range of national curriculum subjects and support students to develop independence, confidence and life skills. We strive to enable our students to participate fully in experiences both in school and in the wider community, to help them make informed life choices.
