Job Title: Head of School
Location: St Clare's School
Grade/Scale: Leadership Pay Scale (Points 14-18) - £71,329 to £78,702 per annum FTE.
Contract: 32.5 hours per week, all year round
St Clare’s School is seeking an inspiring and operationally strong Head of School to lead our vibrant and nurturing special school community. As part of Esteem Multi‑Academy Trust, you will work closely with the Executive Headteacher to deliver our strategic vision, champion high‑quality teaching and learning, and ensure every pupil is supported to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
This is a key leadership role where you will shape culture, manage day‑to‑day operations, and empower dedicated staff across a diverse SEND provision (SLD, MLD, ASC, SEMH). You will set high expectations, model our values, and cultivate strong partnerships with families, professionals, and the wider community.
