About this role:
Working closely with the SRP Manager and teaching team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the provision, ensuring effective coordination of SEND processes and maintaining accurate pupil records.
  • Managing confidential pupil data and maintaining the SRP SEND register
  • Coordinating EHCP Annual Reviews, including organising meetings, collating reports and taking minutes
  • Acting as a central point of contact for parents, staff and external agencies
  • Providing administrative support, including diary management, correspondence and inbox monitoring
  • Supporting pupil record management and transitions between settings

The successful candidate will:

  • have strong administrative skills
  • have strong organisational skills
  •  excellent communication skills
  • the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.
  • knowledge of SEND processes and safeguarding requirements would be advantageous.

The Phoenix Centre is part of Cage Green Primary school and is a specialist resource provision for children with autistic spectrum condition. There are currently 17 children in the provision who work with specialist teachers and a team of Teaching Assistants. We are looking for an administrative Specialist Resource Provision assistant so support their important work.

The Centre has a dedicated class within Cage Green Primary School, a one form entry primary school located in North Tonbridge. The staff are noisy, enthusiastic and have a strong drive to change the life chances of children. One of our children said to an Ofsted inspector, "I love Cage Green and I know that Cage Green loves me," which sums us up very well.
