About this Role

Working in our welcoming school, you will play a key role in ensuring our SEND pupils have a safe, inclusive and enjoyable experience. If you have experience working with children, a positive attitude, and a commitment to supporting every child to thrive, we would love to hear from you!

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience of working with children across the primary phase including those with additional needs.
  • Be fully committed to the role of working with a child with additional needs on a one-to-one basis.
  • Have the skills to support the learning, social interaction and welfare of individual pupils with a range of needs.
  • Support the class teacher to provide the best opportunities and outcomes for the child
  • Be motivated, flexible and understanding
  • Have a willingness and enthusiasm to develop new skills
