Plan and deliver exciting, inclusive drama lessons that nurture creativity and build performance skills.
Direct and support school productions, showcases, and drama events that celebrate student talent and diversity.
Embed key elements of theatre studies such as improvisation, script work, physical theatre, and stagecraft.
Foster an environment where students feel safe to explore, express, and take creative risks.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing high-quality feedback that supports achievement and growth.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver cross-curricular initiatives and enrichment activities.
