We are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for 37 Hours per Week, Term Time only basis to join our team at Skelton Primary School.
To work Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am -3.30pm

As a HLTA you will have a deep commitment to championing inclusion and wellbeing across our school. You will play a critical role in modelling best practices for adapted instruction, planning and delivering high-quality, whole-class, and small-group learning experiences that remove barriers and ensure equity of access for every pupil. Your expertise will be vital in nurturing a supportive classroom atmosphere within our designated Treetops area of the school. This role requires proactive collaboration with the SENDCo and teaching staff to maintain an environment where all children feel safe, valued, and empowered to flourish both academically and emotionally.
