The Role
As a Year 1 Classroom Teacher, you will:
· Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that secure early reading, writing and mathematics
· Support a smooth EYFS–KS1 transition through strong routines and nurture
· Work closely with a job-share partner to ensure continuity for pupils and families
· Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and support progress
· Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
