play with confidence, creativity, and joy?
Are you ready to join a team that
works together to create a safe, stimulating environment where happiness and
learning thrive?
If so, Warboys Primary Academy would
love to hear from you!
Your
role:
As a Play Worker,
you’ll be part of our dedicated play team, ensuring every child enjoys
meaningful, active, and creative lunchtime play. You’ll help create a safe and
stimulating outdoor environment, support positive social interactions, and make
lunchtime a happy, inclusive experience. From facilitating imaginative play to

teamwork skills, reliability, and a caring attitude are essential. While
previous experience in play work or first aid is desirable, what matters most

communicate clearly, solve problems calmly, and bring energy to every
lunchtime, we’d love to hear from you.
