2), or £13.73 per hour (Pathway 3) - dependent on experience

Your
role:
As a Casual Teaching Assistant at
Warboys Primary Academy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the
classroom teacher and ensuring the inclusion of all pupils, including those
with special educational needs. You will assist pupils in accessing learning at
their level, help them achieve their individual targets, and promote their
independence. Your responsibilities will include preparing the classroom and
materials for lessons, supporting pupils in understanding instructions, and
promoting good behaviour in line with the academy's policies.
To excel in this role, you should
have a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English, and ideally, a Teaching
Assistant qualification. Experience in supporting pupils with special needs and
knowledge of child protection, health, safety, and security procedures are
essential. You should be adept at building supportive relationships with
pupils, encouraging their interaction and engagement in activities, and
providing detailed feedback to teachers on pupils' progress.
