Salary: Pathway 2, £8,424
- £8,972 per annum (FTE £24,404 - £25,992)

Your
role:
As an Administration Assistant at
Warboys Primary Academy, you will be an integral part of our committed office
team. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception desk,
communicating with parents and staff through various channels, assisting with
ordering supplies, updating records, and supporting the Office Manager with a
range of administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining
school display boards, organising meetings and events, and ensuring compliance
with safeguarding, health, safety, and confidentiality procedures.
To excel in this role, you should
have GCSEs in English and Maths, a good level of numeracy and literacy, and
proficiency in IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organisational,
communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability
to work both independently and as part of a team. You should be friendly,
polite, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality while dealing with
customers sensitively.
