16.25 hours over 5 days Monday-Friday 08:45am-12:00pm starting as soon as possible, working term time only plus five training days

We are seeking a skilled and committed practitioner with experience of, or a strong interest in, supporting pupils with a range of needs, including social and emotional development, communication and interaction, and cognition and learning. The successful candidate will be patient, reflective, adaptable and confident in tailoring support to help a child in Year 4 with an Education Health Care plan (Fixed term whilst child remains in school).
