Contract: Full time • Permanent • Term-time only plus five training days
Hours: 32.5 per week
Salary: Leadership Pay Scale L3–L7

Wyberton Primary Academy is seeking a highly skilled, passionate Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team and help shape the future of our school.

• Bring a proven track record of excellent classroom practice
• Champion high-quality teaching and learning
• Support the Headteacher with curriculum development, monitoring, and evaluation
• Contribute actively to our school improvement priorities
