This is an exciting time to join our fantastic Trust of 12 primary schools.  We seek an exceptional leader with high ambition for all, and the ability to lead, influence and motivate the entire school community.  Working as part of a wider team, we are looking for someone to join us on our ‘Good to Great’ journey.  You will be driven, knowledgeable, personable and care deeply that children get the right start in life.  We balance the personal development of all children, with their academic progress and empower headteachers to lead with autonomy and confidence.  As a primary specialist MAT, our professional development is exceptional for headteachers and beyond, and we therefore want a leader who wants to be challenged and supported further to be their very best.  Children deserve nothing less!
