About this Role

Split sites. One seamless operation. Could this be you?

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Office Manager who can keep our split‑site academy running smoothly, efficiently and on time. If you love creating order, improving systems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll be at the centre of our day‑to‑day operations — supporting HR, finance, facilities and compliance — and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to create the best possible environment for our pupils.

What you’ll lead

You’ll oversee support functions across all sites, ensuring strong organisation, clear communication and excellent time‑management at all levels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and improving support services and systems
  • Leading recruitment, induction, appraisals and HR procedures
  • Managing the Single Central Record with accuracy and rigor
  • Providing high‑quality data analysis and reporting
  • Line‑managing admin and support teams
  • Supporting financial processes and budget monitoring

What we're looking for

  • Someone highly organised, reliable and confident managing a busy schedule across split sites
  • Experience in administration or business management
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
  • A problem‑solver who can prioritise, plan ahead and keep things running to time

What you’ll get from us

  • A supportive Trust and leadership team
  • Training, development and progression opportunities
  • A healthy work‑life balance
  • Free Employee Assistance Programme
  • On‑site parking
  • Excellent pension contributions

We would warmly encourage any interested candidates to visit our school setting.  In order to do so, please contact Richard Bottomley on 01274 585318 to make the necessary arrangements.
