About the roles:
- One position will be based in Early Years, where experience with this age group is desirable but not essential.
Both roles involve working closely with teachers to support learning of all children including those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), nurture pupils’ development, and help create an inspiring classroom environment.

learning activities with SEND children, as agreed.
- Motivate and engage the students, to reach their
full potential.
- Encourage and promote the inclusion and
acceptance of all students.

supportive MAT.
The ideal candidate
- Holds a good educational background with GCSE or
equivalent in English Language.
- Understands how children learn.
- Is skilled at developing children’s self-esteem
and motivation so that they become resilient, independent learners.
- Has excellent communication skills and is able
to develop and sustain positive relationships with pupils.
