We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and inspiring SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Kinson Academy. This is a temporary contract until 22nd July 2026, 17.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time including inset days).

The post requires someone with: 

• Experience of working with children in school and be able to promote an excellent desire for learning
• A good understanding of Specials Education Needs
• Passion for teaching and learning and wanting the best outcomes for all children
• Ability to support and promote an excellent reflective learning ethos
• Creativity and flexibility in the way you work
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and a sense of humour
• Commitment to your own professional development and participate fully in the life of the school and community.
