You will be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team, working collaboratively to deliver creative and engaging learning experiences. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all children
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel valued and motivated to learn
  • Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform next steps in learning
  • Set high expectations for behaviour, learning, and personal development, fostering a positive classroom culture
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leaders to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider school community to support children’s development
  • Reflect on and continuously improve your practice through professional development and feedback
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events, enrichment activities, and school improvement initiatives
We Can Offer You:
  • A welcoming and supportive team where collaboration and wellbeing are valued
  • High-quality professional development at every stage of your career, including leadership opportunities
  • A strong commitment to Early Career Teacher development, including:
    • Access to the national Early Career Framework through our Teaching School Hub
    • A comprehensive two-year induction with experienced mentors, regular release time, and bespoke CPL
    • A residential experience in Year 2 and ongoing pastoral support from our central team
  • A culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and shared best practice across the trust
  • Career progression opportunities within a growing partnership of schools
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Programme offering counselling, financial and legal support
  • A fantastic working environment where everyone is valued and children are at the heart of every decision
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
  • Holds QTS (or is working towards it) and is committed to high standards in the classroom
  • Delights in being with children and makes their well-being a top priority
  • Has excellent behaviour management skills and a consistent, inclusive approach
  • Brings creativity, energy, and a love for learning into the classroom
  • Enjoys working collaboratively, sharing ideas, and supporting others
  • Reflects on their practice and is always seeking to improve and develop
  • Believes in the potential of every child and has high expectations for all
  • Is ready to go the extra mile—whether you're just starting out or looking for a fresh challenge!
  • Shows strong organisation and initiative, can prioritise tasks with confidence, and stays calm and effective during busy periods or when working to deadlines, all while keeping everyday excellence for our children at the heart of their practice.
