At The Welldon Park Academy, we provide a nurturing and aspirational environment for all our children to strive to be the best they can be!

A Making Change Leader (MCL) is an experienced teacher ready to engage in high-quality training through the PiXL programme to have an impact on all children in their phase.  As part of a team of MCLs, you have release time to work under a Raising Standards Leader (RSL), develop your team and have a hands-on approach to improving teaching.

We are part of The Pegasus Partnership Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT).  The Trust is centred around Children First. Every decision, staff appointment, and policy change focuses on how this will make a difference to the children across our communities. We believe in the power of collaboration and sharing of excellent practice. Our children have one opportunity to be at primary school, so we work together to make it the most experiential, inspiring and challenging opportunity to set them off on the next stage of their education
