✔ Champions inclusion and ensures that disadvantaged pupils, those with SEND and those new to English achieve well.

✔ Communicates clearly and effectively with a wide range of audiences, both verbally and in writing, and confidently uses ICT to support learning and leadership.

✔ Works collaboratively as part of the wider leadership team, contributing positively to whole-school improvement.

✔ Is reflective, ambitious and committed to continual professional development.

✔ Builds strong relationships with pupils, staff and families through a friendly, approachable and professional manner.
