WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Teaching Assistant to take on a key leadership role in supporting our school community. The main priorities for this role include:

     •   Overseeing and delivering high-quality interventions to support pupil progress.

     •   Acting as a key liaison between teaching staff and teaching assistants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

     •   Line managing the team of teaching assistants, ensuring their professional growth and effective deployment.

     •   Collaborating with the SENCO and Inclusion Manager to develop and manage timetables for support across the school.

     •   Providing mentoring and guidance for staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

     •   Completing administrative tasks and paperwork in support of the SENCO.

     •   Driving high standards and ensuring the best outcomes for all children.
