Grade D3: £6,905.61 pro rata (£24,796 FTE)
20.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am to 4.00pm, and Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team. Working under the direction of the Early Years Lead Practitioner, the successful candidate will support pupils with a range of needs, helping to create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment that enables all children to thrive.
The role involves helping to prepare learning resources, maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment, supporting observations and communication with staff and parents, and upholding behaviour, safeguarding, health and safety policies. The Teaching Assistant will also contribute to the wider Early Years team through general classroom support, participation in training and meetings, and administering basic first aid when required (training provided).
