Do you share our passion that every child deserves the very best education to flourish?
Do you have the skills, experiences and insights to make a difference in the lives of our children and contribute to a vibrant, learning community?
If so, we would love to hear from you! Your journey towards impactful leadership starts here.
Tucked within the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside is Trinity, a primary school situated in the quaint village of Aldwincle, with connections to Kettering, Thrapston and Corby in under 20 minutes. Here, children thrive and are challenged within an environment that champions innovative learning and creative thinking, through a broad and balanced curriculum, delivered by staff who share in our vision, to nurture their social, emotional, and spiritual development, as equally as the growth of knowledge.
Following a successful Ofsted Inspection in June 2023, our school received a very well-deserved rating of Good. Ofsted Inspectors commented that relationships between pupils and staff are ‘warm and considerate’ with pupils stating, ‘'there’s such a nice, safe atmosphere here.’ Central to our success is our amazing staffing team, who work hard to create a calm, settled learning environment for our pupils, who are polite and proud of their work, with positive attitudes towards learning. We pride ourselves on providing the very best teaching and learning experience for all of our children. Our curriculum is broad and balanced, which offers many opportunities for the children to take part in exciting events such as day trips, residentials, theme days and community gatherings at school and church.
