      Serenity School is looking for an exceptional School Office Manager to lead our busy school office, support our staff and families, and play a key role in ensuring our school runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused professional who enjoys leading teams, managing processes and being at the centre of school life. 

      What You'll Be Doing

      As our School Office Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school office and administrative functions, ensuring first-class support across the school. Your responsibilities will include:

      • Leading and developing the office function and administrative systems
      • Managing admissions, communications and school records
      • Supporting HR administration, recruitment and onboarding processes
      • Assisting with financial administration, ordering and budget monitoring
      • Line managing catering staff and supporting performance management
      • Coordinating school events, meetings and educational visits
      • Maintaining compliance with safeguarding, data protection and school procedures
      • Creating a welcoming, professional experience for pupils, parents, visitors and staff. 

      What We're Looking For

      We're seeking someone who has:

      • Experience working in a senior administrative or office management role
      • Experience leading and motivating staff
      • Strong organisational, financial and administrative skills
      • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
      • Confidence using Microsoft Office 365, management information systems and databases
      • A commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality and delivering outstanding service
      • A positive, professional and solution-focused approach.
