Serenity School Coulsdon is seeking to appoint an ambitious, dynamic and values-driven Assistant Headteacher – Pastoral (Behaviour for Learning & Personal Development) to join our senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will lead on behaviour for learning, personal development, and key curriculum areas including SMSC, PSHE and CEIAG, ensuring that all pupils are supported to become confident, resilient and responsible individuals.
