As a Senior Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide high‑quality support to students in lessons, small groups and on a one‑to‑one basis
- Assist in planning, delivering and adapting learning activities in collaboration with teaching staff
- Support the progress of pupils with a range of needs, ensuring an inclusive learning environment
- Lead and mentor other support staff where appropriate
- Contribute to the monitoring, assessment and recording of pupil progress
- Play an active role in creating a positive, safe and engaging school environment

- Has experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting
- Demonstrates strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Is committed to supporting the progress and wellbeing of all students
- Works well as part of a team and shows initiative
- Is flexible, patient and resilient
- Holds (or is willing to work toward) relevant TA qualifications
