We are seeking an outstanding candidate to be responsible for the school’s management information system and organisation of all external and internal examinations.
- Hours of work: 37 hours per week
- Working pattern: Monday to Friday
- Term weeks: 38 + 2 weeks school closure, minimum paid week 45.797
The successful candidate will:-
- have relevant experience in a similar environment or appropriate
qualifications.
- have
demonstrable understanding of database technology.
- be well-organised and capable of working on their own initiative to a high
level of accuracy and presentation.
- have excellent
prioritisation and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively
and efficiently within set deadlines and timescales.
- be
very responsive to the school’s and the students’ requirements, managing workloads and timescales accordingly.
- have extensive
experience of MS Word & Excel.
- have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to communicate
effectively with a wide range of people.
