About this Role

The Whitehaven Academy is part of Cumbria Education Trust. The successful candidate will be joining CET at an exciting time, as we continue to build on our successes and move forward on our journey to establish ourselves as one of the highest performing MATs in the North of England

We are seeking an outstanding candidate to be responsible for the school’s management information system and organisation of all external and internal examinations.
  • Hours of work: 37 hours per week
  • Working pattern: Monday to Friday
  • Term weeks: 38 + 2 weeks school closure, minimum paid week 45.797

The successful candidate will:-

  • have relevant experience in a similar environment or appropriate qualifications.
  • have demonstrable understanding of database technology.
  • be well-organised and capable of working on their own initiative to a high level of accuracy and presentation.
  • have excellent prioritisation and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively and efficiently within set deadlines and timescales.
  • be very responsive to the school’s and the students’ requirements, managing workloads and timescales accordingly.
  • have extensive experience of MS Word & Excel.
  • have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
