Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in education? The Whitehaven Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our friendly team.
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes during short-term teacher absence.
- Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their learning.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Provide support across a range of subjects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to contribute to their success.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Confidence and flexibility to work across different subjects.
- Previous experience in education or working with young people is desirable but not essential.
