We provide high quality education for all our young people regardless of their background or starting point. Collaboration across our Trust family of schools enables us to share expertise, knowledge and best practice to ensure academic and pastoral excellence, with all schools embracing the same overall ethos and values, whilst maintaining their own unique characters.

Field Lane is a welcoming, one-form entry primary school for children aged 3 to 11, deeply rooted in our local community and situated in the heart of Batley. Our vision, "Together We Learn," succinctly captures the culture and ethos that defines our school. We have established practices that empower children, parents/carers, and staff to believe in themselves, cultivate their creativity, and make a positive impact on the world. Everyone feels a sense of belonging to something greater. Our learners are safe, cared for, and learn to care for others; they are valued for their individuality, supported in making sound decisions, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring, hardworking and committed Lunchtime Supervisor to join our supportive and friendly team.
