About this Role

Are you enthusiastic, organised, and ready to take the next step in your administrative career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, friendly, and high‑performing Administration Team at Arnold Hill Spencer Academy.

We’re looking for a part time, permanent, motivated, customer‑focused individual to help deliver an exceptional administrative service across the Academy. As a key member of our Admin Team, you’ll undertake a variety of administrative duties and receive full training in the school’s IT systems and processes. Often acting as the first point of contact, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our organisation runs efficiently and that every visitor and caller receives a positive experience.

You will be an essential part of the Administrative Team, contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the Academy. The role involves regular interaction with senior leaders and teaching staff, and the successful candidate will help uphold our commitment to high‑quality service and the Academy’s strong ethos.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a welcoming, efficient, and supportive office team
  • Develop valuable skills using modern administrative systems
  • Contribute to a school that values excellent service and strong relationships
  • Make a meaningful impact within a community‑focused organisation
  • Enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same

Who We’re Looking For

A friendly, proactive individual who:

  • Enjoys helping others and delivering great customer service
  • Is organised, adaptable, and keen to learn
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Communicates confidently and professionally
  • Wants to be part of an Academy with a strong ethos and high standards

If you’re ready for a role where your skills will grow, your work will matter, and your contribution will be valued, we’d be delighted to hear from you.

Arnold Hill Spencer Academy is a truly special place to learn and work. In June 2025, Ofsted rated the academy ‘Good’ in all areas and ‘Outstanding’ for Post-16 provision. We are proud of our young people, whose behaviour, achievements, and character shine every day. Guided by our community ethos — “Be inspired and achieve together” — we provide daily opportunities for success, growth, and collaboration. Respect, responsibility, and independence are at the heart of our values, helping students to mature into confident, capable individuals. At Arnold Hill Spencer Academy, we believe in the potential of every student and nurture it within a caring, supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

Early application is strongly encouraged as we reserve the right to interview and close the advert ahead of the closing date.
