We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Assistant Principal to join our leadership teams across our Lincoln-based academies including Hartsholme, St Giles and Ermine. You will work alongside the Principal and Vice Principal to adopt a proactive role in strategic planning and school policy.

You will be fully accountable for the performance and well-being of a number of staff and pupils, making a tangible difference from day one.
We encourage our leaders to take risks to lead, develop, and enhance the teaching practice of others through high-quality monitoring and support.
Leading on the curriculum, teaching, and learning strategies.
Acting as a Performance Management team leader and ensuring professional learning meets the highest standards.
Supporting the achievement of pupil progress targets and implementing inclusive behaviour policies.
Modelling our "DANCE" values and maintaining excellent standards of professional behaviour.
Qualified Teacher Status and a relevant first degree.
Experience as a successful middle or senior leader with evidence of impact.
A strong understanding of Curriculum, Assessment, and Safeguarding.
Relentless positivity and a passion for school improvement.
An NPQML/NPQSL (or the drive to complete one while in the role).
