As our next Vice Principal, you will be the heartbeat of our Senior Leadership Team. You aren’t just a deputy; you are a visionary partner to the Principal, helping to steer the strategic and operational direction of a school where every child is prepared fully for their future.

Build the Future: Play a leading role in strategic school improvement and self-evaluation.

Foster True Inclusion: Work closely with the Principal to develop practices that promote equality and ensure our extended services meet the real needs of our families

Champion Excellence: Model "what good looks like" as an exemplary classroom practitioner, mentoring staff to reach their full potential

Cultivate Culture: Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where staff and children alike find success and happiness.

Master the Mechanics: Oversee the curriculum, analyse pupil progress data, and ensure our systems are as efficient as they are effective.

Empower the Team: Recruit, retain, and develop "brilliant people" through world-class professional development
