Pro Rata Salary for this post: £19,135.06 to £19,438.73

What will you do?
At Hartsholme Academy, this isn't just a support role; it’s an opportunity within the classroom
Key Responsibilities:
You will take charge of preparing and delivering specific activities for individuals, groups, or even whole classes.
A key part of the role is modifying these activities to ensure every pupil’s needs are met
You’ll contribute to the planning cycle using your knowledge of the National Curriculum and assist in creating individual education and behavioral plan
Who We Are Looking For
We need committed, adaptable, and "unflappable" professionals who demonstrate:
Qualifications: A Level 3 qualification and strong literacy/numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C or equivalent)
Experience: Previous experience in an educational environment and supporting children of a relevant age preferably with experience with the SEN Code of Practice, EHCPs, and specialised training like ELSA or Phonics
Technical Savvy: Ability to use technology and office software to support learning.
Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
