Our commitment to the community continues to grow, and we are delighted to be expanding our provision from Autumn 2026 with the launch of ‘The Nest at LaceyField’, our new specialised two-year-old provision. From our youngest arrivals in The Nest to our oldest pupils preparing for secondary school, our mission remains constant: to ensure every child feels that LaceyField is a place where they are safe, loved, and ready to learn.

As Executive SENCO, you will utilise your drive, ambition, and expertise to champion and further enhance our SEND and Inclusion offer across both Eastfield Infants’ and Nursery Academy and Lacey Gardens Junior Academy. You will be instrumental in enabling the LaceyField community to become the best version of themselves. We are seeking an experienced leader who will embed a culture of inclusive excellence, ensuring that our high standards result in the best possible outcomes for every child in our care. Your leadership will be the catalyst that ensures every child has the support they need to achieve and thrive, regardless of their starting point.
