About this Role

Laughton Junior & Infant School is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team.

The successful candidate will:

Work alongside class teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning
Provide targeted support for individual pupils and small groups
Promote inclusion and help children access all areas of the curriculum
Support pupils’ social, emotional and academic development
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Demonstrate flexibility, initiative and a commitment to helping every child succeed

Has experience of working with early years and primary-aged children
Understands how to support pupils with a range of learning needs
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
